Rooms are classified into different types which include:  Classic room, Deluxe room, Executive room, Royal, Mini-Suite, and Diplomatic Suite. The rooms are fitted with TVs and wireless internet connection. 

Francinesplace runs constant water and electricity supply. It offers quality dishes at an on-site restaurant where guests can order in variety as well as a bar for assorted drinks and beverages. A swimming pool is available for guests to take relaxation dips. A gym is also in place for aerobic exercises.
