My experience at U.I Ventures this time was enough for me to stop visiting Nigeria generally. I must say that I've been lodging at this particular place since 2015 due to the environment and also because of the peace of mind/security provided by the facility but this time my experience changed. First of all, my room was changed 6x within a period of 17 nights spent at the hotel due to maintenance issues such as malfunctioning air conditioners, bathroom issues, rodents etc. Secondly, one of the stewards responsible for cleaning my room stole #661,000 from one of my luggage's within a period of 3 days but the money was recovered after he was arrested by the university crime unit. Now, what pissed me off with this whole case is the fact that till now, their MD has refused to reach out to me in order to apologize for the incident even though I went to his office with one of the managers on duty the day part of the money was recovered and this is why Nigeria will always go backwards with no progress whatsoever since people in leadership are so arrogant, ignorant, stupid and proud. Also, even though I would like to thank the two managers on duty when this incident was reported for their efforts in recovering the stolen money, I would also like to point out that they did back up that employee after he was reported to them by saying that they trust him meaning that I was making things up which was strange since I've never reported such incident since I've been lodging there. No doubt that UI Ventures is getting obsolete day by day due to poor management and in order to keep this business running from my own personal point of view, the rude and disgraceful MD must be changed immediately with all the stewards except for the old ones.

The hotel was not so expensive booking through NACO Logistics, it was worth eery penny. Infact there is no way you wouldn't want to extend your stay. Impeccable service and excellent ambience for a vacation. Thank you NACO.
